Donations

Patients and families of Putnam County HomeCare & Hospice often wonder, “How will we ever thank you?” and “How can we honor our loved one?” It’s easy: giving back honors your loved one and supports other families, which is all the thanks we need.

Your tax deductible donation might be for a memorial, a special occasion, a fundraising event, or simply to show that you value the services that Putnam County HomeCare & Hospice provides. Either way, we appreciate your support and generosity. Thank you for your donation! Your gift makes a difference!

Putnam County HomeCare & Hospice Inc. is a public agency. We are committed to making quality care available and accessible to all persons and their families.  All charitable contributions are tax-deductible.

The Midge Breece Fund

Established by Midge Breece and her children, Lynne and Bernie, this fund honors the compassionate end-of-life care their family received from Putnam County Homecare and Hospice (PCHH). As a designated fund at the Findlay-Hancock County Community Foundation, it provides permanent, professionally managed support specifically for our Hospice Program. Your contribution helps ensure that PCHH can continue providing this vital, high-quality care to community members and their families for generations to come.
