AIDE Patient Care Coordinator!

Putnam County HomeCare & Hospice has been providing patients the care they deserve for over 50 years! We are seeking a dependable and reliable Aide Patient Care Coordinator with a genuine interest in home health and hospice to join our great team! Hours are daily, Monday through Friday. This position consists of a variety of duties performed within a health care agency such as; assisting leadership team; covering intake; in charge of all aide programs, hiring, scheduling and education of aide staff.
